Lead IT transformation for McDermott's Corporate Functions, identifying AI and digital opportunities across CF pillars (Sustainability & Governance, HR, Finance) and driving digitization and automation. Partner with pillar leads and AI solutions teams to implement strategic IT initiatives, focusing on value stream mapping and simplification before automation, with a broad, impact-driven remit across IT systems and processes.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and transform IT Landscape for Corporate Functions, coordinating with IT directors to move from legacy processes to rationalized, automated solutions
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI & Digital opportunities across CF pillars, partnering with pillar leads and AI solutions team to drive initiatives
•Focus on Sustainability and Governance (S&G) programs and collaborate with HR and Finance pillar leads to map IT value streams and simplify processes ahead of digitization
•Provide expert solutions for complex IT Pillar challenges and influence program direction and resource allocation within policy and industry guidelines
•Develop and implement information management strategies, including audits, training, and embedding best practices across the organization

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Management; 10+ years of IT experience supporting engineering applications with at least 3 years as a Project Information Manager
•Extensive functional knowledge in the Payroll industry and leadership experience
•Extensive Project Management experience and ability to lead as a team member and as a leader
•Wide experience with technical tools such as ERP, BI, etc. and strong IT competencies
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; knowledge of Timekeeping, General Accounting, Project Accounting, and Close Cycles; AI exposure is a plus
