Join Trend Micro’s Vision One XDR Workbench team to advance AI-native engineering across backend, frontend, and DevOps domains. You will translate product requirements into precise system specs, integrate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, and own the full engineering cycle with a data-driven feedback loop that improves reliability and user outcomes.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Start with one or two anchor domain (backend, frontend, or DevOps) and go deep, then grow knowledge across all three.
•Translate requirements into precise system specifications using BDD/TDD as the shared language between human intent and AI generation.
•Integrate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle—from spec writing and test generation to code review and debugging.
•Own the full engineering cycle: from requirements to spec, AI-assisted implementation, architecture-aware reviews across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps, to data-driven validation.
•Use data as a feedback loop: monitor service reliability and feature usage to inform next iterations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
•Choose a domain to specialize in (Backend, Frontend, or DevOps) and go deep first.
•Experience in Java and AWS cloud services (Backend).
•Experience in browser JavaScript development, including React and core web technologies (Frontend).
•Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure operations (DevOps).
