Key Responsibilities

•Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a local and partially European and global level.
•Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues.
•Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required).
•Timely execute assigned tasks and more complex issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements.
•Administrating procurement, invoicing and financial processes and reporting incl. recharging if required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
•4–6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within an international matrix organization.
•Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
•Good command of German is an advantage.
•Strong experience with business applications and HR systems, ideally SAP HR and SAP PEU.
