Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex go-to-market functions such as Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Product Marketing, Commercial Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • •Architect multi-channel candidate attraction strategies using tools and specialized talent communities to build diverse, high-converting pipelines.
  • •Serve as a P4 subject matter expert providing data-backed talent intelligence and market insights to senior GTM leaders, aligning requisitions and calibration.
  • •Manage advanced negotiations and offer execution for complex, region-specific international offers, including UK/EMEA statutory requirements and equity components.
  • •Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity and optimize hiring-process operations by tracking funnel analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, source yield, offer acceptance rates).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market, Commercial, or revenue-generating roles in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • •Experience sourcing and closing senior-level commercial talent in the UK and EMEA markets (e.g., Enterprise Sales, Commercial Partnerships, Product Marketing).
  • •Expertise with recruiting technologies and operations, including Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline analytics.
  • •Strong understanding of UK and European labor compliance, including contract worker models and IR35 nuances, plus region-specific offer structuring.
  • •Demonstrated structured, competency-based interviewing methodologies (e.g., Interview Edge) to evaluate technical proficiency and mitigate bias.
