Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a departmentalized team of recruiters to support clarity, organization, and consistent performance.
•Conduct coaching conversations, shadowing sessions, and feedback reviews; support onboarding and development of new recruiters.
•Maintain a reduced requisition load and support recruiters with pipeline strategy, sourcing approaches, and candidate engagement tactics.
•Oversee recruiter workload distribution and pipeline pacing; monitor hiring funnel health and identify risks to hiring timelines.
•Ensure accurate documentation and ATS discipline in Ashby; track recruiter performance and funnel metrics and partner with field leadership and hiring managers on labor needs and priorities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or field recruiting environments.
•Prior experience leading a team of recruiters or serving as a project/team lead.
•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Ashby preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
•Ability to balance hands-on recruiting with team leadership, with strong organizational and communication skills.
