Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and mentor QA engineers and automation testers, including direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, RTMs, scenario-based scripts, validation packages, and release readiness criteria across FDA workstreams.
  • •Design and implement a test automation strategy and manage automation test coverage implementation.
  • •Oversee testing cycles (functional, regression, E2E, performance, and UAT) and validate releases meet regulatory criteria for accuracy, traceability, and readiness.
  • •Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, remediation tracking, regression verification, and escalate risks and blockers with QA status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors and 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •5+ years developing and executing test plans and test scripts for web-based applications.
  • •3+ years experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (3 out of the 5 years of US residency).
