Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain heavy equipment (skid steers, graders, compactors, water trucks, reclaimers, bulldozers) for soil stabilization and surface preparation.
  • •Assess subgrades and base layers and apply treatments to support proper compaction, drainage, and durability.
  • •Execute stabilization processes including lime, chat, or fly ash mixing and spreading, then install and compact aggregate base layers.
  • •Finish grade and smooth top layers for concrete or asphalt paving; ensure elevation and slope accuracy per site plans and blueprints.
  • •Follow OSHA/DOT and company safety guidelines, conduct daily equipment inspections and field reports, and coordinate with site supervisors and project managers.

Key Requirements
