Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and continually track site HSE performance against the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, and conduct daily tool box talks and monthly orientations.
  • •Ensure daily hazard/unsafe condition identification, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report violations with recommendations.
  • •Ensure risk assessments are prepared for each task, communicate findings and recommendations daily, and inspect mobile plant, gears, and HSE equipment daily with logs maintained.
  • •Prepare and provide daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports; investigate accidents/incidents/near-misses and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant HSE experience.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards and the ability to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
