Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a global Network Operations team to deliver availability, performance, and support for enterprise networks.
  • •Ensure resilient, highly available network services across manufacturing sites, labs, offices, campuses, and data centers.
  • •Own incident, problem, change, and service management with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive operational readiness for new network deployments in partnership with Network Architecture and Network Engineering.
  • •Manage monitoring, capacity planning, maintenance, operational documentation, and disaster recovery readiness, including major incident response and root cause analysis.
