Key Responsibilities

•Lead innovation engagements with CEOs, executive sponsors, and senior functional leaders.
•Help customers identify where AI could create new products, services, experiences, capabilities, or business models.
•Design and facilitate executive workshops that move from exploration to clear choices and action.
•Guide multidisciplinary pods and turn broad ambitions into focused innovation questions, opportunity portfolios, and near-term experiments.
•Connect emerging ideas to customer value, business impact, operating-model change, governance, and technical feasibility; build reusable innovation methods and playbooks.

Salary: USD 374,000 - 436,000 annually
