Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction to deliver cost management accountabilities, including staff performance reviews and talent development.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants across all project stages while maintaining strong professional communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate/assist strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls services across multiple sectors and provide weekly project updates and presentations.
  • •Oversee financial management using internal software for margin tracking, fee/resource forecasting, risk mitigation planning, and internal/external audit coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Experience leading cost management/quantity surveying services on commercial, workplace, life sciences, healthcare, education, or institutional projects.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
