Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide banking services to consumer and business accounts by assessing needs and cross-selling products and services.
  • •Open and manage accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
  • •Prepare, review, and process loan requests, including tracking required documents and completing LOM reviews for accuracy.
  • •Process draw requests, loan payments, transfers, and support loan closing/funding when required.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and refer new business to subsidiaries (e.g., insurance, mortgage, brokerage).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of related experience and/or training.
  • •Knowledge of consumer and commercial loan applications (DecisionPro and nCino).
  • •Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
  • •Ability to read and understand documentation and effectively communicate with customers and staff.
