Job Summary

Lead technical storytelling within TikTok’s Global Trust & Safety and Technology Communications team. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Public Policy to craft messaging that builds trust in responsible innovation, R&D, and product development. Identify and execute content opportunities across owned, traditional, and developer communities, pitch and land stories, support speaking and events, and review academic research for risks and narrative value.

•Support technical speaking engagements, events, and external moments that showcase expertise and innovation
•Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional communications teams to advise on communicating responsible technology development

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in a technical, communications, or related field
•5+ years of experience in tech communications with a strong record of writing and storytelling
•Fluency in technical and engineering concepts to engage credibly with technical audiences
•Experience across traditional tech media and non-traditional channels such as technical blogs, GitHub, Reddit, and developer forums
•Strong organizational and project management skills to independently drive workstreams
