Engineer- Associate Manufacturing Technology Scaling USA

Sustain and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment, partnering with operations and engineering to address tool-down issues, yield, and quality while preventing repeat problems. Support continuous improvement through statistical process control and structured problem solving (e.g., DMAIC), run process experiments, and analyze/report data. Qualify and operate processing equipment and metrology gages across areas such as vacuum deposition, coatings, laser scribing, and automation. Assist with sample prep for material and failure analysis and draft process work instructions under senior engineer oversight.
