Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues quickly by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models.
  • •Maintain repair documentation and paperwork (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed and share knowledge.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.

  • •Must own tools applicable to position.
