Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment on facilities systems including air handlers, chilled water, condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, filters, boilers, etc.
  • •Complete preventative maintenance schedule on facility and launch associated HVAC systems
  • •Collaborate with engineering and managers to maintain systems in peak operating condition
  • •Follow all regulations and appropriate SpaceX procedures including OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME, NEC
  • •Perform ductwork modifications and various repairs

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency
  • •EPA 608 Universal certificate
  • •1+ years of professional experience working with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems
  • •Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
  • •Ability to work one of the specified shifts (6:00am–4:30pm) or similar schedule
