Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute financial forecasting and planning, monitoring and tracking divisional and project performance.
  • •Prepare and manage the 5-year business plan and financial projections, including variance monitoring and quarterly updates/escalations.
  • •Support management in capital allocation by building financial models and preparing valuation, funding, surplus capital, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
  • •Produce monthly business update reports and present results to management.
  • •Conduct financial analysis for new business proposals/joint ventures/ventures, and update and review internal financial policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 6+ years of related experience in corporate finance and financial analysis.
  • •Advanced corporate finance and investment analysis experience.
  • •Good understanding of IFRS accounting for a real estate developer (preferred).
  • •Excellent Excel modeling and PowerPoint drafting skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or economics; professional financial qualification is preferred (e.g., CFA, MBA, CIMA, CMA, CPA).
