Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule, manage, and facilitate monthly capital equipment and facilities reviews.
  • •Maintain tool master documentation and area as-builts, bullpen layouts, and planned tool activity.
  • •Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled equipment work with Facilities, trades, shipping, traffic, warehouses, equipment owners, and area managers to ensure it meets requirements and timelines.
  • •Lead TPM-driven problem solving using established methodologies (FARs, Troubles, 5why, Pareto analysis) and develop corrective action plans based on root cause investigations.
  • •Plan and execute equipment upgrade projects (installation, commissioning, validation), ensure safety/compliance, and provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and apply root cause analysis techniques.
