Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the end-to-end commercial sample process, including seasonal SMS orders, request fulfillment, end-of-season returns, budgeting, reporting, efficiency analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop, maintain, and distribute commercial enablement tools and resources such as seasonal product catalogs, Go to Market materials, and sales-support tools.
  • •Create and manage a recurring North America Commercial newsletter, coordinating stakeholder updates for alignment across Wholesale, Digital, and Retail.
  • •Support reporting and analytics by providing accurate, timely, user-friendly information and building dashboards and business insights under direction of the Sr. Manager.
  • •Support commercial milestones, onboarding, and key tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, the HEYDUDE B2B site), and maintain Go-to-Market calendars and processes to improve efficiency and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting commercial operations, sales operations, business analytics, project coordination, or a related function (preferred).
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint (Power BI experience preferred).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across functions and stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
