Staff Software Engineer, Event Streaming Systems

Set the multi-year technical direction for DoorDash’s event streaming platform and lead its evolution over several years as a senior individual contributor. You’ll own high-impact architectural problems across Kafka-based, tier-0 critical-path streaming—driving end-to-end initiatives like re-architecting toward diskless, object-store-backed streaming. Deeply understand streaming internals, resolve production distributed-systems issues, and raise engineering standards through reviews and mentorship.
