Key Responsibilities

•Serve as senior technical authority for Study Lifecycle and Process Execution, driving system design and development across studies, workflows, procedures, and bioprocess/bioanalytical use cases.
•Independently architect and implement solutions to complex, open-ended problems across system architecture, backend models/APIs, and frontend UI for regulated (GLP/GMP) scientific workflows.
•Lead large, multi-quarter initiatives by breaking down ambiguous scientific and regulatory requirements into technical plans and iterative delivery milestones.
•Act as a force multiplier across the Applications division by setting engineering direction, raising quality/architecture standards, and influencing technical choices beyond immediate teams.
•Provide technical leadership through code review, architectural guidance, and mentorship; partner with product and design to translate customer and scientific needs; explore AI/LLM opportunities and own end-to-end delivery of critical features.

Salary: USD 225,378 - 304,924 annually

•Ability to design scalable, robust architectures aligned with business requirements and long-term maintainability.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including producing clear technical designs and aligning engineers on implementation strategy.
