Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with a global team to define, design, and integrate mechanical systems for server/compute products.
  • •Lead mechanical development across server design, system architecture, rack-level integration, and cooling solutions.
  • •Perform mechanical modeling in Creo, including tolerance analysis and system-level mechanical design.
  • •Contribute to post-silicon development via test planning, characterization, data analysis, and support of customer/reference systems.
  • •Provide technical direction and mentorship, and act as a key decision-maker in design reviews and cross-functional discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Strong mechanical design background with system integration experience at server and datacenter levels.
  • •Proficiency in mechanical modeling in Creo, including tolerance analysis and system-level mechanical design.
  • •Strong understanding of thermal management and cooling systems, with design for manufacture/assembly (DFM/DFA) and mechanical analysis.
  • •Experience leading engineering efforts across concept-to-production and providing technical direction/mentorship in design reviews.
