Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with the CFT team to ensure UPS process quality and produce UPS defect-free output.
  • •Drive quality improvement in products and processes using CAPA, and lead systematic problem solving with 8D/A3.
  • •Monitor quality performance metrics such as first pass yield, cost of nonconformance, and daily scrap; troubleshoot and debug PCBA testing failures.
  • •Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports (failed process trends, stability studies, corrective actions, validations), including Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
  • •Lead zero-defect process efforts by managing line process quality inspectors, support new product implementation and validations, prevent customer escapes, and improve supplier quality.

  • •BE/ME degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • •5-8 years of experience in the Quality function.
  • •Knowledge of Process Quality.
