Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee new and existing equipment, including hardware/software upgrades.
  • •Configure networks for smooth and reliable operations and maintain network connectivity for servers, workstations, and telephony equipment.
  • •Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain VOIP phone systems, including phone servers and phones.
  • •Monitor and test network performance; provide statistics and reports, and conduct server/security audits with backups and recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience and 5+ years relevant experience in networking/IT operations.
  • •Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.
  • •Proven experience with VOIP phone systems.
  • •Knowledge of network security principles, capacity planning, and network management best practices.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is required for success in the role.
