Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain active registrations in sovereign infrastructure systems globally to retain continuous bidding and payment eligibility.
  • •Run automated audit workflows to reconcile internal invoicing, tax records (EIN, legal business name), and active federal portal profiles to prevent payment freezes or rejections.
  • •Extract contract deliverables requirements, build automated reporting schedules, and manage submission of recurring deliverables (e.g., Contract Activity Reports and Contractor Profile Reports).
  • •Monitor contract obligations with Customer Support and the Customer Escalation AI Reviewer to triage issues impacting past-performance ratings or future business.
  • •Oversee contract performance evaluation cycles (e.g., CPARS) and coordinate ongoing compliance certification requirements with internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience managing post-award tasks for U.S. government contracts, including CDRL tracking, invoice reconciliation, and contractor reporting within automated frameworks.
  • •Prior experience as a U.S. federal contracting officer (or comparable federal acquisition role) strongly preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience with U.S. federal procurement and vendor-management systems (SAM.gov, DSBS, ORBIT), plus working knowledge of international and regional government contracting frameworks and portals.
  • •Working knowledge of FAR provisions related to subcontracting plans, invoicing, and contract reporting.
  • •Ability to collaborate across legal, finance, support, and security teams to manage automated workflows and recurring deadlines.
