Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site service support with the Global Helpdesk to restore functionality to customer AV/control assets.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints; perform preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning.
  • •Install and support control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware) including upload/download, compile, and minor edits.
  • •Provide intermediate field service support for networked devices and troubleshoot video codecs and UCC devices.
