Serve as a trusted advisor for customers at Trane Supply stores by resolving parts and equipment issues and providing timely, accurate solutions. Drive sales growth by recommending related products and add-on extensions, while processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and executing quote and order management with high accuracy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane offerings and promotions, interact with customers by phone and in person, and assist with inventory/warehouse tasks as needed.
