Job Summary

Support month-end close, variance analysis, and planning/forecast cycles for large education and Olympic program contracts. Key Responsibilities

•Support month-end close cycle, variance analysis, and off-cycle forecasting activities.
•Run annual planning and quarterly bottoms-up forecasting with required analysis.
•Collaborate with PMO, delivery, and client teams to gather backup evidence for invoicing and monthly/quarterly close activities.
•Prepare invoice backup materials and ensure intercompany statements of work capture costs across legal entities.
•Assist with automation/AI-oriented reviews of legacy processes and percent-completion revenue recognition controls; improve financial predictability and provide SFDC pipeline support for deals under $3M.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytics skills with the ability to drive financial discussions across leadership levels.

•Knowledge of accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliation, including working with related teams.
