Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the onsite fueling team, including staffing plans, daily priorities, performance expectations, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in fuel operations or a related field, including leading teams in a fast-paced operating environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage and develop field-based teams (drivers, technicians, attendants, or similar operational personnel).
