Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 14-week Graduate Training Program and assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities afterward in a predetermined office location.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sales of equipment, controls, parts, and services.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Must be able to work in-office 3 months prior to GTP start date (or have had prior internship experience at Trane Technologies).
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
