Job Summary

Support an upcoming Korean voice recording session at an on-site studio in Seoul. You’ll guide a voice artist on Korean speech requirements—tempo, intonation, pronunciation, phrase-level delivery, and prosody—using provided reference scripts, and flag issues at phoneme/word/phrase level for corrective feedback and retakes. You’ll also review pronunciation of non-Korean words, collaborate with the recording engineer and voice talent, and adjust the recording script to ensure grammatical and semantic correctness for AI training data.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and apply the client’s Korean speech requirements, including pace, intonation, pronunciation, phrase-level delivery, prosody, and phonetic characteristics.
•Maintain the reference speech style throughout recording sessions and guide the voice artist back to the baseline if they deviate.
•Identify pronunciation and delivery issues at the phoneme, word, or phrase level, provide corrective feedback, and ensure required retakes are completed.
•Review pronunciation of non-Korean words or phrases to ensure clarity while preserving appropriate native-language influence.
•Work with the recording engineer and voice talent to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency, and modify the recording script when needed for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic correctness.

Key Requirements

•Be fully available on-site in Seoul for August 17–28 (excluding August 18 and 23), 1–5 PM KST, with a possible additional session on August 29.
•Have native-level proficiency in Korean and fluency in English.
•Demonstrate strong understanding of Korean phonetics, pronunciation, grammar, prosody, and linguistics.
•Bring voice coaching experience, especially in marketing, commercial, dubbing, or similar areas.
•Have experience supporting speech data collection or speech technology/voice AI projects such as TTS/ASR.
