Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customs clearance activities for sea import and export shipments through Jeddah Islamic Port.
  • •Prepare, verify, and submit customs declarations via FASAH and other required government platforms.
  • •Review shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and import/export permits) and ensure accurate HS Code classification, valuation, and duty/tax calculations.
  • •Coordinate with ZATCA, port authorities, shipping lines, terminal operators, inspection agencies, and government entities to expedite cargo release.
  • •Monitor vessel arrivals and cargo release activities; resolve customs holds, inspection findings, and documentation discrepancies; provide shipment status updates and maintain complete documentation and operational records.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in Sea Freight Operations or Customs Brokerage.
  • •Hands-on experience working at Jeddah Islamic Port or another Saudi seaport.
  • •Strong understanding of import and export customs procedures and port operations.
  • •Experience dealing with shipping lines, container terminals, and government authorities.
