Key Responsibilities

  • •Provision, update, and terminate employee access in multiple systems (Core Banking, Active Directory, etc.).
  • •Ensure adherence to user access controls and SOD guidelines, documenting exceptions in line with policy.
  • •Document all stages of the provisioning process for review and oversight by other departments and regulators.
  • •Support software upgrades, implementations, testing, and enterprise user-support, acting as an interface between IT and business units.
  • •Collect business and functional requirements, collaborate on change impacts, troubleshoot software problems, and distribute training materials.

Salary: USD 22.55 - 29

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year qualifying work experience required.
  • •Minimum 1 year professional/or academic experience in business analysis, or system administration (required).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills with internal customers.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Above-average understanding of computer applications (including word processing and spreadsheets).
