  • •Oversee Salesforce integrations with other enterprise platforms and ensure reliable data flow across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and release management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering, application development, or technical leadership within global SaaS organizations.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, design patterns, and scalable solution design.
  • •Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect certifications strongly preferred.
