Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior Project Manager with delivery of capital projects, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality output.
  • •Support delivery of ECI contracts including contract administration, governance of outsourced design review, technical assurance, specialist studies, estimation services, and construction supervision.
  • •Prepare and submit regular project reports, registers (including risk registers), programme reports for contract management, and coordinate with the Programme Manager for ad-hoc reporting.
  • •Contribute to ongoing development of project management templates, documents, systems, and processes to incorporate lessons learned and improve efficiencies.
  • •Support reviews of programme/project progress, budgets, changes, risks, and issues; help ensure reports and scorecards are produced and circulated on time.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant third-level qualification, preferably in engineering or a related project management discipline.
  • •Strong technical proficiency across project tools including MS Office, BIM, SharePoint, and Primavera P6, with understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • •Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and construction delivery best practice.
  • •Knowledge of contract management; experience with major contract forms such as NEC3, FIDIC, or similar (RIAI forms desirable; JCT or AIA also considered).
  • •Strong communication, reporting, planning, and ability to work independently within tight timelines, including right to work in Ireland.
