Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute growth strategies for the AMATS practice across the region.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, law firms, investment banks, lenders, and corporate clients; originate new business opportunities.
  • •Advise clients on transactional risk solutions and support transaction advisory services such as insurance and risk due diligence and lender’s insurance advisory.
  • •Lead the structuring and placement of transactional insurance programs and coordinate underwriting and negotiation with insurance markets.
  • •Lead and develop the AMATS team across the region; foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Aon business units.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Mexico).
  • •Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • •Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions, including private equity or related advisory services.
  • •Strong understanding of M&A structures, transaction execution, and acquisition agreements.
  • •Proven ability to work with senior executives, investors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
