Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive preventative maintenance programs to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems and facilities.
  • •Provide hands-on support by undertaking repairs and maintenance across the property as required.
  • •Manage contractors and service providers across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, security, pest control, cleaning, and essential services.
  • •Oversee presentation, maintenance, and upkeep of common areas, gardens, and grounds.
  • •Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor works and quotes, reporting, and asset management plans, including compliance documentation and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on Maintenance or Facilities Management experience, ideally in a hotel or similar environment.
