Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional and global tender opportunities as a bid manager, coordinating stakeholders through to completion.
  • •Develop competitive, profitable responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for Global Key Accounts.
  • •Facilitate and manage tender management processes, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and governance across the bid lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and review pricing proposals with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure commercially attractive and operationally viable solutions.
  • •Monitor tender performance via bid tracking, post-bid reviews, and lessons learned; support and guide regional/country tender teams and ensure compliance with tender management policies and best practices.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in tender management, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or a related commercial environment with knowledge of global forwarding operations.
  • •Strong project/stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Commercial acumen and analytical skills to interpret tender requirements and develop pricing strategies and customer-focused solutions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to work with data and present insights.
  • •Fluent English skills; willingness to travel up to 50% across the region (German, Dutch, Spanish, or French are an advantage).
