Join a global high-frequency trading technology team as a Senior Storage Engineer. You’ll own storage performance, reliability, and capacity planning across large-scale systems, optimize data placement and lifecycle strategies, and improve decay/scale strategies while integrating storage with compute environments (Kubernetes, GPU/HPC). You’ll drive incident detection/resolution, automate operations, and help scale the platform for demanding workloads.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure storage is reliable, predictable, and not a bottleneck for critical workloads across the company.
•Own the performance and stability of storage systems and continuously improve them as data volumes grow.
•Design and evolve data placement, resiliency, and lifecycle strategies to balance performance, cost, and reliability.
•Ensure the platform behaves predictably during failures, maintenance, and scaling events.
•Improve how storage integrates with compute environments (GPU/HPC, Kubernetes, data pipelines) and automate operational practices.
