Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate demand forecasts into infrastructure capacity plans aligned to performance, cost, and timeline targets.
  • •Ensure infrastructure readiness across space, power, connectivity, and hardware availability by identifying constraints early and coordinating mitigations.
  • •Build quarterly and weekly deployment plans and track progress, resolving blockers to maintain deployment momentum across the global fleet.
  • •Partner with Procurement and Data Center teams to ensure hardware and resources are available at the right time and locations; manage inventory and support hardware refresh and lifecycle planning.
  • •Design and ship AI-first forecasting and planning tools (models, dashboards, workflows) and continuously improve planning accuracy and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 36,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in capacity planning, infrastructure planning, production/operations planning, supply planning, or a related technical planning role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex operational systems while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • •Hands-on experience building tools, automation, or internal products.
  • •Fluency with AI tools and a strong interest in using and creating AI/agentic tooling to scale decision-making and reduce manual work.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
