Job Summary

Serve as a strategic finance partner for the Client Services organization, driving budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision-support analytics. Use AI-enabled finance and modern analytics to automate recurring work, improve forecasting accuracy, and build financial models and KPI dashboards. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting, run variance and scenario analyses, and present insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Client Services business leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and investment/resource allocation decisions.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, outlook, and long-range modeling, including scenario planning and sensitivity/variance analysis.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages and develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
•Synthesize complex financial information into concise executive-level presentations for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
•Improve finance processes through automation/standardization and collaborate with Finance Transformation and Data teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree, with experience in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related fields.
•6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or business finance.
•Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Experience with planning/finance platforms (Oracle EPM, Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
