Key Responsibilities

  • •Sustain and maintain fab support tools including vacuum pumps, point-of-use scrubbers, and chillers/heat exchangers.
  • •Lead a team of technicians to provide compressed shift coverage for manufacturing lines.
  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology setup for support and main tool systems, including interlocks and safety.
  • •Upgrade process capability, reduce production cost, and control department spending for daily operations.
  • •Establish process management projects and perform abnormal analysis; evaluate and support new OEM equipment and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments would be advantageous.
