Housekeeper/Caretaker

Care for laying hens and support egg production by monitoring feed, water, airflow, and heaters, keeping equipment in good working condition, and maintaining clean barn environments. You will remove dead birds, remove egg blockages, replace burnt-out bulbs, clean egg transfers and collectors, sweep debris, and handle daily animal care tasks including catching loose birds and culling non-productive chickens.
