Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technical support and maintenance services for customers, performing troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, and installation of products and services with growing independence while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • •Track and record service activities such as customer interactions, parts usage, and service outcomes in real-time with high accuracy to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • •Prepare thoroughly for service visits by diagnosing potential issues, organizing required parts, and developing structured action plans to maximize first-visit resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • •Address customer escalations, complaints, and feedback, coordinating solutions to ensure timely, effective resolution of routine and complex issues.
  • •Identify potential sales opportunities, upgrades, or value-added services during service visits to support business growth and customer loyalty.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma (High School) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Medical, or Science (preferred)
  • •Technical background as a field service engineer is a strong plus
  • •Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • •Ability to identify and maintain customer relationships and contacts
  • •Fluent English and good level in French; Driving license (B)
