Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively source passive candidates using X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche technical forums.
  • •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
  • •Use AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and refine sourcing strategy; conduct initial outreach and phone screens.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or an associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years as a recruiter without a degree.
  • •1+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
  • •Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills and familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to assess top talent and operate in ambiguity.
