Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and run housekeeping, public areas, laundry, and florist operations efficiently and cost-controlled across two properties in Montenegro.
  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, linen, and back-of-house; ensure compliance with resort rules and LQA standards.
  • •Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping personnel; create relationships across departments to sustain morale.
  • •Control departmental purchases and labour costs, manage annual budget and linen requisition, and assist with remodelling/renovation programs.
  • •Oversee laundry/valet and uniform room operations, coordinate preventative maintenance with engineering, manage lost-and-found, and take accountability for safety training and accident record.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous management experience in housekeeping is a must.
  • •Proven ability to successfully lead, train and motivate colleagues.
  • •Luxury hotel brand experience preferred.
  • •Expertise in interior design and aesthetics in a luxury brand environment.
  • •Strong administration, problem-solving and organizational skills.
