Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Associate Director and, in absence of the Operations Manager, manage daily mall operations across facilities, tenants, compliance, and customer experience.
  • •Execute mall strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost control, including continuous process improvement and operational innovation.
  • •Lead vendor performance reviews and optimize service contracts; monitor operational risks and recommend long-term upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
  • •Manage daily operations including inspections, permit requests, tenant complaint follow-ups, utility coordination, footfall/car park reporting, and completion of asset audit reports.
  • •Coordinate tenant fit-out activities (handover readiness, documentation/variation coordination, permit-to-trade compliance document collection/verification) and lead tenant inspections, technical requests, complaints, and exit processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in malls, real estate, or retail operations.
  • •Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
  • •Sound understanding of HSE, compliance, and customer experience practices.
  • •Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
