Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omni-channel selling. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, complete operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising), and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and making tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, and public holidays).
