Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion.
  • •Interface with architects and general contractors to define scope and manage RFPs and RFIs.
  • •Coordinate with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, run bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Track project progress, report status/variances, and develop contingency plans to reduce or eliminate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Experience managing retail client accounts and fit-out/renovation construction is preferred.
  • •Ability to read architectural drawings and technical construction documents.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet; experience with Tango or similar required; Corrigo desirable; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM preferred.
