Regional Performance Manager - Sydney

Support pilot wellbeing, engagement, and performance within Jetstar Flying Operations as a trusted advisor for pilots and leaders. Partner closely with the Regional Flying Manager to guide people development, attendance, fitness-for-work, and performance, while managing workplace matters such as investigations, grievance resolution, and injury management. Use workforce trends and data to deliver insights, improve workplace outcomes, and support national Flying Operations continuous improvement projects across the pilot network.
